How do I schedule or change the location for a drug test?
Response: To schedule a drug test, visit the Lab Testing Solutions locations page here. You can choose from a wide range of national labs, including Quest Diagnostics and LabCorp. Once scheduled, you’ll receive a barcode that can be used at any affiliated location nationwide.
If you need to change the lab location after booking, it is often easier to change the location rather than request a refund. Contact our support team, and we will assist in reassigning your barcode to a new lab within 24 hours.
What if I need a refund for a drug test?
Response: If you mistakenly ordered a drug test or didn’t use your barcode, you can request a refund by visiting the Refund Request page at Lab Testing Solutions. Please provide details such as the purchase date and reason for the refund. Keep in mind that, in some cases, transferring your barcode to another lab location may be a simpler solution. Refunds for orders older than 60 days may take longer to process due to the need for an internal investigation.
Where can I use my test barcode?
Response: Once you receive your barcode, it can be used at any location within our national network. This includes both Quest Diagnostics and LabCorp facilities. You can view all available locations by visiting Lab Testing Solutions Locations. No payment is required at the lab as all billing is handled through our system.
How does the barcode system work?
Response: After ordering a drug test, you’ll receive a barcode linked to your test. This barcode must be presented at the lab during your test. If your barcode expires, you can request a new one by contacting us. The barcode works at any national location, so if you need to change labs, we can reissue a new barcode without needing to process a refund. Simply let us know in advance to avoid delays.
